General Delivery
The Bachelor´s programs are aligned with international standards of Postgraduate Education on European Qualification Framework (EQF) and fulfils the criteria of the process of Harmonisation of Higher Education in Europe accordingly. A Bachelor's program is characterized by its comprehensive and foundational approach to education. It typically spans three to four years and serves as the initial phase of higher education, laying the groundwork for specialized knowledge in a chosen field.
The programs/courses are offered on a part-time basis, utilizing an intensive learning format through monthly weekend sessions. This is part of a blended-learning concept, incorporating on-campus classes, virtual sessions, e-learning, and experiential learning, especially in the case of cohort studies conducted at one of our training centers or delivering institutes. Alternatively, for individual distance learning, the program is delivered as a part-time course with blended-learning components, including virtual classes, asynchronous teaching, e-learning, and experiential learning.
The part-time course offering is designed to be studied while candidates continue to pursue their professional responsibilities. Each of the (weekend) classes comprises usually one individual module, which enrolled students have to take as part-fulfilment of the corresponding program of studies. In addition to the formal contact hours students will have to engage in the aforesaid additional independent studies, during and between the different modules, as essential study prerequisite. In the case of part-time/distance studies students are required to fulfil their learning on each module in a specifically defined period of time per module. This period is additionally fixed by the deadline of the submission of the module assessment.
Module Structure and Credits
Each program of studies consists of a certain amount of modules. In higher education, a module refers to a self-contained unit of study within a course or program. Each individual module is designed to cover a specific topic, theme, or set of related topics, and they are typically structured to achieve specific learning objectives. Modules are also designed to provide in-depth subject knowledge and also contributes to a cross-functional understanding. Each module is distinct but contributes to the overall learning outcomes of the course or program.The modular approach allows for flexibility in curriculum design, enabling students to focus on specific areas of interest while ensuring a well-rounded education. It also facilitates the transfer of credits between institutions that use a modular system.
Successful students in the program receive a specific number of ECTS credit points (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), where each credit represents 25 to 30 learning hours. Assessments and Exams
All modules include a test, assignment or examination. Advanced formates of examination, such as presentation, case-studies, portfolio, group discussion with assessment, etc. are also applicable.
The comprehensive final examinations occur at the conclusion of the entire program, encompassing both oral and written assessments. These final exams include the presentation and oral defense of the thesis/dissertation project.

We welcome applications year-round. For cohort programs at one of our training centres with our collaboration partners, it's advisable to apply at your earliest convenience to secure a spot in our upcoming intake. Entrance Requirements
Our University partner, provides equal education opportunity to all qualified students without regard to race, creed, national origin, sex, or disability.
To apply for our Bachelor´s program, you must show successful completion of your secondary education qualification from a state recognized secondary school. This should include your secondary school leaving certificate and final transcripts of records including courses taken and grades achieved. There are no prerequisite subjects for Bachelor´s program.
This should include the following:
- Certified True copy of Secondary Education Diploma (High School).
- Certified True copy of the Transcripts of Records (High School).
- Matura, German Abitur, French Baccalaureate, English ‘A’ levels or Italian Diploma di Scuola Secondaria Superiore.
- All Arabic country official Secondary Certificate (certified by local government).
- Any other relevant secondary education titles earned to date.
Equally welcomed are applicants, who have a successfully completed professional certified education and significant professional expertise and practice in an organisation. The expectation for such professional practice is a minimum of three (5) years for which evidence has to be submitted when applying.
Required Documents
To be qualified for admission to Bachelor´s program you must complete all required forms for admission and submit all required documents. All documents must be issued in the English language, and bear the stamp and signature of an authorized university official. An official translation will be required for documents issued in any language other than English. All documents have to be submitted in electronic version (pdf or jpg-file). The original documents or original translations shall be submitted on request.
You must be fluent in English to participate and fully benefit from our programs. These are the multiple ways to prove your proficiency in English:
- English as a native language.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT): Minimum score 57.
- Internet-Based Test (iBT): Minimum score 61.
- International English Language Test (IELTS): Minimum score 6.0.
- Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report: Minimum score 44.
- Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 95.
- 4-skill Michigan English Test (MET): Minimum score 53.
- Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Competency in English (ECCE): Minimum score 650/LP.
- Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE): Minimum score 650/LP.
- Cambridge ESOL, Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) – Minimum score: C
English as the language of instruction during previous studies in the formal educational system.
The student must have studied at least one year in classes taught in English. Taking classes to study the English language is not sufficient.
Your statement of purpose is your Motivation Letter telling us about your background, experience, why you have chosen to apply for the program, why you consider yourself a good candidate, and your future professional goals. Your statement should be at least 300 words in length in essay format.
Someone who is able to comment on your academic or professional performance should write your letter of reference. This can be a professor who has taught you or a current / ex-employer if you have work experience. The letter should include the referee’s relationship with you, how long they have known you, your abilities, and why they consider you a suitable candidate for the program. Your reference letter should also include the contact details of your referee.
If you are an EU citizen, you can apply with a valid national ID card. If you are a non-EU citizen, you must apply with a valid international passport valid for the duration of your program. You will need to send a scanned copy of the data page of the document in color.
Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) should be a summary of your accomplishments and responsibilities over the years. It should be clear, concise, and complete with up-to-date and verifiable information about your education, employment history, and unique abilities. Your CV must be submitted in English.

To commence, kindly complete the online application form. This form will prompt you to furnish biographical and academic details, outlining your educational and extracurricular engagements. Structured akin to a Curriculum Vitae, it will be convenient to use your CV as a reference and transfer the relevant information into the online form. Ensure all necessary documents and forms are readily accessible. Provide comprehensive information with precise dates specified for each entry.
You´ve submitted the online application form and you have uploaded all required documents with the form? We will notify you of the results of your application. Await the decision! In case of positive decision, you will receive an educational agreement form with a study offer tailored to your needs by email or by communication with your student counsellors/supervisor.
Enrolment is dependent upon payment of the application and tuition fees and the fulfilment of the registration requirements. Admission to the program is communicated in writing and will be stated through a confirming letter of enrolment. Once you will receive the official registration letter you can start with your studies.
Together with your student counsellor, an individual study plan can be prepared or discussed at a personal meeting or at an introductory seminar in case of individual distance learning studies. In case of cohorte studies, wou will be instructed by the local program director at the beginning of the course.
Accreditation of Prior Learning
Our University partner has adopted a policy that allows applicants' the Acknowledgement of Prior Learning, whether certified or experiential, to be used as partial credit towards some courses, where appropriate. There is a process in place designed to evaluate academic and professional qualifications, as well as practical experience possessed by applicants. The Registry of our University partner will carefully consider a candidates prior studies with other Higher Education Institutions, but also other education individually (e.g., studies with Professional Bodies). Applicants who can demonstrate evidence of extensive and relevant work experience may be accepted to study at the most appropriate level.is the default Tab content. Feel free to delete it.
The APL (Accreditation of Prior Learning) Procedure, implemented during the enrollment phase, enables students and adult learners, regardless of age, who have acquired substantial prior learning experiences—whether through incomplete or sub-degree studies or informal channels—to receive advanced credit for their respective programs. This is achieved through the submission and assessment of a documented portfolio showcasing prior experiential learning achievements.
The duration of courses or study programs may be reduced if advanced standing credit is granted by means of assessment centre evaluation, by direct credit transfer and/or APL-Procedure. Maximum credit transfer is limited to 50% towards Bachelor´s and Masters programms. The student will be informed in writing if an assessment has to be passed to clarify statements made in the application or to ascertain the grant of additional credits by examination, interview or other means of evaluation.
